Cant renew my xbox gold

So my gold expire in few days been trying to renew it but everytime i try it says the deal is no longer available i tried with all the options on the store. I cant call mircosoft since i dont have a phone. it was two time better when you where able to
talk to someone online instead of requesting a call

I've installed celeste and jedi knight academy before my gold expired then I renewed my gold again today and now I cant play those games. On my ready to install only shows 38 games now but have way more then that before my renew

Thanks for the reply. When you got the subscription which way did you get it by code or purchase? Is the subscription on auto renew? You can try a virtual chat with agent since you are unable to get a call. This may be the only option as it seems something
is wrong where it reading you trying to get a promotion that isn't there.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select chat online

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
