Can't remove my xbox from insider program

i was on the phone with xbox i can't play my games can you remove me from the program

If you did not enrol the console in the Xbox Insider program can you please install the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console. Once you have installed this app on the left can you select Setting > Manage Devices and you should be able to remove the console
from the Insider Program yourself.

You should no longer need to use the account that enrolled the console in the Xbox Insider program to remove the console. If you download the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console then on the left hand side of the screen select insider content and you should
be able to remove the console here.

If you can't remove the console from the Insider program can you please try posting this in the
Xbox Insiders Reddit forums for assistance.

It's first step remove your console from insiders thru the insiders hub

Then wait an hour and an update will remove you

Osu will never be higher then insiders

OK - but where precisely do I access the Insider's Hub to ask to have the Xbox One removed from the program. It would have to be from a PC, because I can't access any hub from the Xbox One.

I'm not sure if you fully understand.

• I press the Xbox button on the front panel of the Xbox One
  
• The button lights up
  
• The Power supply brick light goes from amber to white.
  
• I can hear the fan cycle
  
• The monifor says waiting for signal
  
• Nothing ever appears on the monitor
  
• After a minute it turns off
  

Even if they remove the console from the Insider program, the Xbox is not connecting online to anything, so how will it know it was removed from the Insider Program?

The error "E200" is part of the system update error, and I do recommend to update the console.

The way to remove the insider program linked to the console is to do a
Full console reset.

This will reset the program information linked to the console and set it to a default.

Make sure you know your email and password linked to the account so you don't lose them.

Unenroll old or unused devices from the Xbox Insider Program

1. Sign in on any Xbox One console or Windows 10 PC with your Microsoft account registered in the Xbox Insider Program.
2. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
3. In the Xbox Insider Hub, navigate to Settings > Manage devices.
