Can’t remove my card details

Ive stopped the reoccuring payments for my games pass which is £7.99, my live was £5.99 which was paid automatically, but £6.98 has been taken but comes up with 1 month xbox gareading.. any ideas on what this could be?

It could be the outstanding balance. The billing cycle isn't from the beginning of the month to the end. It starts mid month .

Thanks for coming to the forums. You don't have to cancel the subscription totally. You can just turn off the auto renew and then remove your card.

You can't remove your card details without first cancelling your active subscription.

Simply sign in to commerce.microsoft.com where you'll be able to remove the card you have on file. If you have problems doing this then give phone support a call at 1-800-469-9269.
