    Cant remotely connect to my xbox from any device


    Hello I cannot remotely connect to my xbox one S on any devices now and it was just working fine.

    I have ran the remote test on my xbox and on my xbox it has pass all the testing saying my system is fully ready for remote play and i have fast internet speed of 400 mb and my devices are on 5G and my wifi so i know its not a internet issue. when i try to connect i get a message saying cannot connect to system and a code

    Very true. Any internet connected device, capable of receiving remote commands can have the camera engaged, used and content streamed from the device to a remote desitnation.

    I checked here and you just need to check the box ''enable remote features'' and in the Xbox app preferences ''allow connection from any device'' or profile connected to the console.

    You can adjust this in settings>device and connections>remote features

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues using the Remote Play feature of your Xbox.

    In order to enable remote play, you need to enable remote features from the settings of your console.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

    Select the Enable remote features checkbox.

    In Xbox App Preferences, you need to select "Allow connections from any device" if you want to remove any authentication.

    If these settings are already configured properly, here are the steps on how you could proceed with the remote play.

    On a mobile device:

    Open the Xbox mobile app.

    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.

    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

    On a Windows device:

    Open the Xbox app for PC.

    Click on your profile picture and select View profile.

    Under Where I play, select the Add a console option and follow the steps shown.

    If you're still having issues, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network with strong signal. Mobile data is not stable compared to Wi-Fi. For optimal Xbox Remote Play, you'll need a stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 4.75 Mbps (9 Mbps preferred), and a 5GHz Wi-Fi network (or Ethernet connection)
