They are not for me. They are for my daughter. It's a gift for her so how do I give them to her?

As Fortnite is an Epic Games product, of course the assumption is that if I buy v-bucks on the Microsoft Store then you get some way to redeem them in epic games.

If this is not the case, the product page really should be updated with this information.

Also if I can't redeem them for her, then how do I start a refund? The support page says:

Click Contact > Subscriptions and invoice > Initiate a refund

But the "initiate refund" option does not exist.
