Can't remember mail address use for Xboxlive account

This is a nightmare.

No idea what is the address mail that was used to pay for games on Xbox Live as well as password.

Old xbox died so no way I can find that on it and I need that mail address to restore games previously purchased on new Xbox. Got Xbox Gold and games payment proof on my bank account if that can helps.

CAN SOMEONE FROM MICROSOFT HELP ME?????? THAT'S NOT THAT HARD TO TELL ME WHICH MAIL ADRESS IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAYMENTS AS WELL AS TO RESTORE PASSWORD OF THAT ADDRESS

Hi there,

I must say from the start, that it's the user's responsibility to retain sign in information.

My only advice, would be to look through your personal email inbox and see if there is any information that can ring any bells. :S Any websites that you may have signed up to, that used the same email address, might be found in that site's profile settings,
etc.

There are also these support articles on Xbox.com, but I think they require knowledge of information that you don't have.

As previously stated by fellow XBF Leonzo G, the best bet would be to reach out to Xbox Support Specialists since they are best equipped, tool wise, to look into accounts and further troubleshoot this inconvenience. Let us know how it goes so we can possibly

I had almost the same heart attack crisis once and they managed to help me restore the access to the account.
