Cant remember login email

We had to reset my child's xbox. Unknowingly, this erased his profile/login info too. We cant recover his saved progresses without getting his old profile email. We know the profile name, but not the email. We tried the account recovery where you enter a phone number, but it only gives you a "hint" for the email and not the whole thing, so that hasn't helped either. Is there anyway to get a email recovery through outlook or Xbox if you forgot the email?

The recover form requires knowing what their email is so that is essentially useless for them in their current situation

no i havent got any emails because i cant login to mojang account i dont remember the password and i cant reset it because i dont get any emails back

And yes everything is tied to your Microsoft account via email login.
