Can’t remember email for xbox account

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

I know you can give support a call but I dno if the email address they want is the one for that account because I dont know it or actually it’s my brother email address but he can’t remember it either. So I’m not sure what alternative solution is because I can’t remember much about card details and etc of that and things. I want it back that was my first Xbox account I used and they some useful stuff on that account that I want which would help me in one way or another

You can get ahold of xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamertag and as long as they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated with the account.

If you do not remember the gamertag you can give them the phone number and it should pull up all the accounts that have that number on them and again as long as they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email associated with it.

I can’t remember the email I used and can’t access it do u know a way I could find out I don’t have a Xbox family group
