Can't reinstall Shadow of Mordor? Help!!!

Hi all, let my first start by saying any and all responses to this thread are greatly appreciated.

Tonight I attempted to go to "my games and apps" on my Xbox one, navigate to my "ready to install" game list where the game Shadow of Mordor used to always be so I could reinstall it on my xbox. I preordered the game before it released, so I owned the standard
digital copy that I bought through my Xbox over Xbox live.

The problem is that Shadow of Mordor was no longer on my "ready to install" list, and when I attempted to search for it on the Xbox live marketplace the only version of the game that I could find was the goty edition, that would cost me an additional $23
if I wanted to install it. No matter where I looked I couldn't find the original digital version of Shadow of Mordor. It is no longer available on my ready to install list and the only version of the game on the Xbox store is the game of the year edition.

Am I going to be forced to repurchase a game that I already previously owned or do I have any options that I'm overlooking here??

I downloaded Fallout 4 for free from the Xbox App Store recently, and when I went to load it today, it wouldn't load the app. I tried restarting my console twice, then uninstalled it to attempt to reinstall it to fix the
problem. After I uninstalled it, I went back into the Xbox App Store
and when I hit Buy, it said I had to pay for it, even though it was already installed not even a minute prior. If someone could help me with this, I'd be greatly appreciative, thank you for reading this, and I hope it will be fixed soon.

as far as I recall Fallout 4 hasn't been free to purchase, other then offering a Free to Play weekend, which means that it was free to play during that specific weekend

So my assumption is that you downloaded the game during such weekend, that it was free to play, but that weekend ended, which means that if you want to continue playing it then you will have to purchase it.

 

Ran into the same issue here today but i had the premium edition. its still pinned to my home page but when i go to install it i only have the game hub option but cant install it

 

Same thing here. I sincerely hope these boards are monitored by an XBox Live representative who will look into and absolve the matter. It would not be right for us to be denied a game we have paid in full already for.

 

Same problem here. This surely needs to be addressed.

Just searched on the Xbox One marketplace and both editions are listed.
