Can't reinstall Halo Master chief collection that came along with Xbox

Games do not come preinsyalled on the console. That typically means someone else had the console before you and had left the console as their Home console. If you lost access, then the console is no longer their Home. You would need to buy the game.

ideally this should work but for me history is not showing Halo game & also I did not get any additional code with XBox

Thanks for your response. I logged in to the link you provided with the login id that I always use but it does not show Halo Masterchief collection under it.

As I had mentioned in the issue description that Halo Masterchief collection had come pre bundled with XBox, it did not require me to sign in anywhere.

It might be linked to the XBox device id as it was factory installed, how do I find way to reinstall ?

I was able to find all previously installed games in Xbox library, installation has started
