can't reinstall game (error 0x803f900a)

Customer support couldn’t do anything because they can’t see it in my order history. It is sad that they dont fix this even though there are youtube videos about this bug from 2018. I am sad

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

Thank you for the update. The only bundle I could find with a search with both games is an

Xbox One X bundle sold at certain retailers. Either way, if this is the bundle you received FH4 had a redeemable code. Do you by any chance still have this code to try redeeming it? That's odd you see one and not the other, but I do think it could be related
to FH4 being on the Game Pass and FM7 is not on the Game Pass. Once the subscription expired, a possible bug occured with the digital license of FH4.

If FH4 is not in your order history or your games list from the other link I posted above, then I recommend contacting Xbox customer support to further assist you while looking over your account with you to figure out the date of redemption and what game
entitlements they see on your account since we cannot do that on the forums.

5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

Xbox Live Gold subscription? If none of your accounts show that you own the game, you could always convert your Xbox Live Gold subscription to

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help troubleshoot this issue.

So prior to subscribing to Game Pass, you had bought an Xbox One console bundle with Forza Horizon 4 or did you buy them separately? Did you buy the game as a disc or did you buy it digitally from the Microsoft Store or redeemed from a code?

If the Microsoft Store is asking you to purchase the game now that your Game Pass has expired, then the digital license is not owned by the account you are using. So either you purchase/redeemed this game on another account, or if the game is owned by disc,
you need to insert the disc into the Xbox to install it.

Best thing to do first to confirm you do own the digital license is check your
Microsoft order history to find the completed purchase/redemption. You can also find your Xbox One and Windows 10 digital game licenses from https://account.xbox.com/mygames.

Let us know how you purchased this game and what you see from your order history or your games list online.
