Can't Reinstall FIFA19

Thanks for reaching out about what was going on.


As previously posted, several of our customers were affected by our Xbox Live Status Alert concerning
Fifa 19. However, the issue with that game has since been resolved through our services, so it should be all good now after power cycling the console as outlined in

Now that the service alert has been resolved, I will be locking this thread. For those who reading this, if you do have any further questions or issues, please make a new thread detailing
what is happening and any troubleshooting steps you may have taken so far.

Thanks for your post! Are you receiving any errors when attempting to install FIFA 19 again? You will want to make sure the profile you're signed into has the game licensed to it, to do so, check your

Xbox Live Status page. If you would like to get notified once the issue has been resolved, select the "Notify me" button. You will receive a text message once the service alert is lifted.

no its just not in my games and apps and when i go onto the store to re download it it is saying that u dont own it and i have to buy it

Same, when i load fifa 19 it came up with the expired sign so i uninstalled it and i went on to ready to install and it was just gone
