    Cant reinstall a game i purchased a few years ago


    About 4 years ago i bought myself an xbox one and then assassins creed black flag was on it... after completing the game i simple uninstalled the game for more room for more games i bought myself. A few days ago my friend bought a new console for herself
    with the game, I downloaded my profile onto her xbox and could play the game perfectly fine from where i left off due to saving on the cloud. How ever when i went home and wanted to download and continue playing in my own time i couldn't seem to find it anywhere
    on the " install now" page (as i had it on digital). i also looked into the store and i have to re purchase, i cannot afford it and shouldnt have to re buy a game i have already played and enjoy very much, i have even recorded a few game dvr clips from a few
    years ago, not sure if i deleted them however. Can someone help me get my game back

    i signed into the console with my account then it was the only game on the install now page so i went straight ahead and installed it. But there a few games which i 100% bought that i also cant find on the order history

    That means whoever had the console last has changed their "Home" To another system you have lost access to those games.

    Great game. I can understand why you want to play it again.

    I would check your Order History To make sure the Game shows up there.

    If you see it on your order history you can click on it and have it installed to your xbox from there.

    The other thing to try is to do a
    Power cycle     of your console. This usually fixes most issues.

    i took a good look into the order history and cant seem to find it....when i bought the console which i believe was refurbished (can't confirm 100%) it was in the install now, then the first game i bought was saints row 3 which i also cant find in the
    order history but i can re install that game.
