Unfortunately, this is the agreement when you create an account with Xbox.

You must keep trying with the form. The system works on probability, if you’re sure the information is right, eventually you’ll get in.

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? If so, please try resetting your password. Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

There is no other system in place for recovery and your games cannot be passed over. Within Microsoft, they hold all the rights to lock your account. It is up to you to keep your security information up to date.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

No I don't have 2 factor authentication, If I didn't I wouldn't be having this problem.

I'm not being funny mate but the amount of money I have spent on this account (£1236) is not something I'm willing to lose. The fact that the information I'm putting into the form is correct and I'm still being denied is not on and the fact there is no other way to get access back is crazy.

And you suggesting that I make another account and replace everything I have paid for is ridiculous and insulting.

It works by figuring out how probable that you are the user and is run by an algorithm taking in many different inputs.

It has to work off likelihood to ensure your security.
