    Can't refund Sea of thieves


    Hi!

    I bought this game a few days ago and did not like it very much. I was under the impression that a refund was possible, just like you can on Stream.

    When I tried to refund, the was no option for this. When I bought the game I could not find any information on how long you could play the game before the option of refund was no longer available.

    Does anyone know?

    Refunds are only available if the purchase was made within the past 14 days and you have played less than 2 hours. You can still attempt to submit
    a refund request     but there is no guarantee it will be refunded.

    When I clicked your link and pressed "Request a refund" I came to the starting page. I also tried to go there myself but there was not an option for a refund. Maybe there is a problem because I do not live in the US.
