Can’t refund game pass core

I understand your concern. It won't show up in xbox.com/refund because it is a subscription.

To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.

You would have to cancel the Core subscription (and refund if available) and then purchase PC Game Pass.

You would have had to cancel it and refund before purchasing Ultimate. Once you purchased Ultimate, it cancelled the Core you bought and upgraded it to Ultimate.

No. It wouldn't convert like that. You'd either just have to buy PC Game Pass separately, convert to Game Pass Ultimate in order to have both, or try to cancel and refund the Core subscription and then buy PC Game Pass.
