    Can't refund Cyberpunk 2077


    Ok I'm gonna be completely transparent: I want to refund Cyberpunk. I requested a refund prior to the Microsoft refund policy change thing. I can't request a refund now. Well why don't I go to the email and rerequest? Well I'd love to but the email associated
    with my account is my mothers old college email that no longer exists. So what do I do? I tried to have the email sent to my actual email but never got anything. can't go through Microsoft refund support like I got denied on anymore, there is no effective
    contact solution (the virtual agent just gives the same old troubleshooting guides) so I'm at a loss. I just want my money back I want to be done with this Cyber fiasco. Not trying to sound rude or upset but I am honestly and just want it to be over.

    Ok just found a very helpful thread by a user called JP. They posted a thread found here

    that goes over how to submit a new request using the link in their post. Obviously nothing has come here yet but hopefully this can help other people with the same issue
