Can't refund battle pass bundle (Modern Warfare 2, Season 2)

Hello James, this seems to have been a system error, when charging the bundle that should have been charged at a different price, try contacting Xbox support to see what they can advise you on this issue.

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

Hello, I purchased Modern Warfare 2 back on November 11th, 2022. After season 2 was released, I attempted to buy the battle pass with the 50 tier skips and 4 operator skins for 30.00 dollars, but but it charged me 100 dollars for the full game again and 30 dollars for the battle pass bundle.

Since it's a bundle, I can't ask for a refund, but there has to be a way to get one considering it said the bundle was only 30 dollars and I have had the game for almost 3 months now. If there is anything we can do, please let me know.

When it comes to missing 1100 CP and Blackcell Operators in Call of Duty, you may need to wait for the release of Season 1 Battle Pass.

This is written on the note of the game support article:

The Battle Pass, Call of Duty Points, and Tier Skips will be available in Modern Warfare III once the Season 1 Battle Pass becomes available in the game. Use of the Battle Pass only applies to the Modern Warfare III Season Battle Pass.
