cant reedem code

i have COD BLACK OPS II code and when i try to reedem it its say "try again" i reedem a live code 3 minutes ago, i dont know where to post it but please help me

i can't Buy Microsoft points, DLC's, Reedem a code. thats the only thing i cant do anymore

 

Have you tried redeeming it on both your console and the website? When you try on the console does it give you any kind of error code?

Are you sure it is redeemable on Xbox Live? (yes, people do make this mistake sometimes)

Are you sure you entered it correctly?

Also, being you just redeemed an Xbox Live code, i'd way a day or two (which has now passed) to redeem it, when your Gold membership has been synced everywhere.
