    Can't redownload my DR3 Premium edition and it's asking me to pay $89.99 again!!

    I purchased the day one edition on release and had to replace my xbox today due to a fan issue, all of my other games were ready to redownload when I set my new xbox up except DR3. So I went to the store to trigger it but it was asking for payment again, I
    also tried the Web browser and again states $89.99 all my other games state purchased on (insert date purchased) , Going to my MS billing account the purchase is there and complete so I have no idea what to do but I sure won't pay $89.99 again. What can I
    do???

    I have subscribed to the premium edition on my PC but when I have loaded the collection onto my smartphone and tablet it is asking me to pay again for premium. Why does my current subscription not cover all devices

    Well back on April 14 I purchased Mortal Kombat X premium edition For $80.99 And about two days ago I tried playing it and it said I had to purchase the game again for $89.99. So I called customer supper and they had me delete me copy and repurchase the
    game at $89.99 to see if it would charge me and they stated that the would refund me my $89.99, but today I get a notification from my bank and it shows I was refunded $80.99. Why was I not given my $89.99. There was no reason why I had to re purchase a game
    I already had and I want my refund in full.

    Battlefield 3 premium asking me to pay again

    You aren't going to lose the content you paid for. If it's showing up in your purchase history and you have access to it in game and it's not showing up in Battlelog, then there's an issue with EA and your gamertag being connected to Battlelog.
    You'll need to reach out to them to fix it.

    I'm assuming they are going to have to unlink your gamertag and try to link it again.

    It is in my history and my account is the only one i use the reason ive had to delete and redownload it was because of it not showing on battle.log

    I have managed to redownload it by going to my Purchase history and clicking add to queue, But if i then go to marketplace it still says download for 4,000 point even thought its allready downloaded. There is still a problem of it not showing up on battle.log
    but im now afaird to try to fix that as i dont want to lose content i have paid for

    Please check your purchase history. If Battlefield Premium is not listed there then you did not purchase Battlefield Premium on this account. Also, your gamertag is
    not listed as being a Premium member on Battlelog. This either means that your attempting to play the content from the Battlefield Premium on another account or you purchased this on another account.

    It's not possible to have Battlelog connected to your gamertag (found here) and not have the P icon if you said that you purchased it a month ago.
