Discus and support cant redem codes of games. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; HI. i get gear of war UE and fallout 4 games and then i got codes for all gears of war games on Xbox one and fallout 3 too but the follows codes i cant...     cant redem codes of games.


    HI. i get gear of war UE and fallout 4 games and then i got codes for all gears of war games on Xbox one and fallout 3 too but the follows codes i cant redem:

    gears of war 1, gears of war 3 , fallout 3.

    i get error: Xbos-0x80150017

    also i got code for halo reach and i get the same error in my Xbox one.

    can you help please.

    it says no server that cant be right. and i cant play other games like red dead for redemption or madden 25 why cant i play these games on line?

    Easy one to fix

    Set your account region not just your console region to your actual region

    Console region and account region has to.matchn your actual region

    Gears 1 and 3 and halo are region locked due to content laws

    Gears 2 and judgements aren't but irrelevant in this situation

    If you live in germany China or Japan or non xbox live regions you can't redeem gears 1 and 3 or halo as they aren't available there

    Use this trouble shooter to

    Correct your account region keeping me in your console region would also have to be changed to match

    And also i redemed another code and it was redeemed to my account but i cant purchese anything on the market place i called them and they said that they will call me but never did.
