Cant redeem xbox gold via rewards due to region

reward request form and let them know the code is not supported in your region and see what they are able to do.

If it's available in your region, you can use Microsoft Rewards to earn credits and redeem them for Gold.

I'm hoping there would be an option to redeem rewards points for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. However, redeeming for gold and game pass will still work. If you've an active ultimate subscription, you will still get some months added to it but it will be less
than what you redeemed for via gold or game pass.

You should receive an email within 24 hours of redeeming the gold with a code for you to redeem. If not, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support via their redemption page.

An ms rewards suspension does not affect your ability to download games

It only affects getting rewards points usually suspensjons are due to misrepresenting your region via vpn or Google dns and getting caught
