    Can't redeem Xbox Game Pass Perks on PC


    Hey everyone,

    I've been recently experincing a problem where I try to claim a perk and then pops up "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later." Then I waited till today and it's still occuring. Can someone help and explain why is this happening? I've tried Game Pass on mobile and it works but there are particular codes you need to claim on PC like discord nitro and crunchyroll premium.

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

    I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

    To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

    I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they resolve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

    - At the moment, the only solution is to use a smartphone to redeem the perks.

    Trying to redeem Ori skins for Sea of Thieves, Xbox app does not know I'm Game Pass Ultimate

    It is the same account.

    Xbox game pass has finally admitted I'm an Ultimate member. However, the perks claims the code has "already been redeemed." I have no Ori cosmetics either on PC or on Xbox.

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I understand that you are unable to redeem your Game Pass Ultimate perks. Are you attempting to redeem your perks off of PC or console?

    If you have not done so already, please try to redeem your perks off of a mobile device. If you are using an Android phone, you should be able to redeem most perks. If you are using an Apple phone, you may be prompted to redeem perks on your PC.
