Cant redeem spectrum camo dlc code

I cant redeem my spectrum camo dlc for Call of duty Ghosts code :/ i really wanna know how to fix this.

The product was a "while supplies last" kind of thing. Sorry if this has become an inconvienence, but I do not believe there are any codes for the Spectrum Camo DLC anymore.

• What error code do you recieve when trying to redeem the code?
• Did you bought the code from a 3rd party retailer? If yes, you will need to contact them for assistance.
  
• Have you already tried to redeem the code on
  http://www.xbox.com if it doesn't work on the console or visa versa?

It comes up saying Try code again but the code hasnt been used before.

I didnt buy the game it was given to me as a gift and came with the dlc camo.

Ive tried this code many many times and it hasnt worked, and contacted microsoft and activision heaps to get this fixed and spent hours waiting for chat sessions to strart up. Im just waiting and hoping for a replacement code so i dont have to worry about
this issue anymore.
