    Can't redeem some of the Gears of War codes received with console Bundle.


    I recently purchased a new Xbox One console which was bundled with Gears of War 4. It also came with all previous Gears of War games via backwards compatibility. I received codes for the previous Gears of War games from Xbox live in my Xbox messages on my
    console. I tried to redeem the codes and was only able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgement. Gears of War 1 and 3 don't allow me to redeem them. I get an error saying that I need to change my language settings (which is English). I don't know why I should
    change language and even after changing language and location I still received the same error. Please can someone help me to redeem the codes for the two games?

    Gears 1-3 for buying gears 4 ultimate

    I spoke with a suuport rep and told me to post here. I bought the gears of war 4 ultimate console bundle and was told it also comes with gears 1-3 and judgement but never received any codes to redeem or email.

    GOW2 Legacy code error

    I received my legacy codes for my Gears xbox one bundle via Xbox message. I was able to redeem Gears of War 1, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War Judgement. Gears of War 2 was the only one I had a problem with. After trying to redeem the code, it said some
    error happened. Then, a few days later I wasn't able to get it. It said the code was redeemed yet it wasn't on my library to play nor did I have the rights for it.

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes? What region is your account set for and what region are you physically in?

    No codes for GoW collection

    Hey there -

    I see you mention that you purchased the console bundle in November of 2016. When did you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that was included with the bundle? In order to qualify to receive the legacy collection, the token had to have been redeemed by December
    31, 2016. If you redeemed the code after that, unfortunately you would not qualify to receive the collection of prior games.

    Hey fxbanker,

    You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
    War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
    digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

    Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

    When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

    If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.
