cant redeem rainbox six codes

after speaking with support i was told to post here. I cant redeem my rainbow six vegas codes that came with my rainbow six seige for xbox oneit says

Can you resned my rainbox six vegas 2 codes as I never got to redeem this when I preordered seige but I got vegas 1

 

Rainbow 6 vegas and Rainbow 6 vegas 2

and also can it be the normal rainbox six siege if you buy that will you still get the codes for rainbox six vegas

 

That's easy to fix match your account region to your actual region

Not just in your console you must use the region migration tool under accounts on this website

I shouldnt need to do that but when i do it says

"There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later." im guessing because im already in australia

 

worked it out. Microsoft was looking at my ip and even though the account was in Australia the proxy was making them think i was in the states
