cant redeem online codes for gears of war 1 and 3

i cant redeem online codes for the gear of war 1 and 3 but i could redeem 2 and jugdment. i try changing region on mi console, hardreset, erasing my profile nothing work i need new codes. and xbox support told me to post this here so you can solve the problem.

Cant redeem Gears codes from the Gears 4 bonus list.

The Games that come bonus on the Gears 4 game cant be redeem but I can only redeem the Gears 2 and Judgment code but Gears 1 and 3 cant be redeem.

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

What error message/error code do you receive when you try redeeming the codes?

The games are region locked. So your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download them. You also need to be in a region where the games are available for download.

 

I get a message sayng there was a problen redeeming the codes and ii should try later, i get no error codes

Does your Xbox Live account region match your current physical location? If not, please follow

this guide to make sure your account settings all match your physical location and then try again.

These 2 are the only codes i got problema with.i have redeemed several codes before and no problem what so ever

Gotcha. What region are you physically located in? The games you are experiencing issues redeeming are known for being restricted to certain regions and for kicking back errors if all the account settings do not match. Please double check the link I posted
above and run through the steps just to be sure everything is set properly.

I was in Florida the first times i tryied then i moved to spain and change the regions of my profile and consolé and still cant redeem

 

Thanks for the extra info, pochodemarco. If you were in the US and then have since moved to Spain, it sounds possible that your Microsoft Account's region (please note that this is a different setting than your Xbox One console region) is still set to the
United States. You will need to migrate it to Spain using the link I provided above.

Give that a shot and let us know how it goes.

 

I allready did all of that the codes are valid but do not work. I even gift them to my nephew and did work eather
