    Can't redeem one of the Gears of War codes


    Hello,

    I've received four codes for playing Ultimate Edition.

    I tried to redeem them all at once, but whenever I try to redeem Gears of War 3 I get the message that "something went wrong" (I tried GoW2 and GoW:Judgement and they are working fine).

    Tried on both website and Xbox. Also, I've contacted Xbox Support and they have told me to post my problem here.

    I would appreciate some help with this problem

    Export RB1 songs now or later?

    The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

    I bought gears of war 4 and it included the 4 previous games from the 360. I can only redeem the codes of gears 2 and gears Judgment and can't redeem those of gears 3 and gears 1

    Nevermind - problem solved. Used the VPN (UK for my case) to connect to the site and then code worked.

    Hey!

    When redeeming codes be sure that your account is set up for the region that you're currently located in. Cross-region accounts aren't supported and can cause errors. If you're receiving the 80150017 code be sure to check out this
    troubleshooter     for steps to resolve it.

    If you're still having trouble Phone/Chat support are going to be your best contact for code redemption issues as it generally lies on a billing issue. Apologies for any confusion!

    To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

    If you're having problems redeeming Gears of War 3, please post back the error code you receive so we can look further into the issue.

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle.
    Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.



    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

    Could someone advise on how to proceed further?
