    Can't redeem my Perks


    Due to a problem, perks do not load. I don't know why. Can anyone help me?

    "Sorry, we are having trouble showing the details of this perk at the moment. Please try again later." - In all my perks.

    I can access some by Mobile Phone, but, for example, pubg I can't redeem through my phone.

    And where to redeem the perks? I do not find any option to redeem.

    Hi Josef, I'm located in the United Kingdom, I'm currently using the Xbox Series X. I purchased my game pass ultimate back in July and I still go till 2023 before it runs out.

    For the game pass perks, it is per perks and not per subscription.

    For example, I have redeemed a code perks for World of Tanks, after I redeemed it, I will not be able to redeem it again even if my susbcritpion expired and renewed.
