    Can't redeem my gems for 12 gold subscription


    I have been trying all day to try and redeem my gems for a 12 gold subscription. I get an error code and am sent to this forum. I have looked and apparently am not the only one with this issue. I have called and gotten the run around from the phone representative
    and the online representative. By the way dunhil. S definitely not your most helpful or knowledgeable employee. I just want to use my gems on the live 12 gold subscription before it is out of stock again that's all. Can you please help me accomplish that.

    Unable to redeem 12month membership

    Same problem here. My xbox live gold subscription ended yesterday and can't redeem my 12 month subscription code.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this issue to our web team to investigate. Once they let us know more about the issue, and when it has been resolved, we will update this thread. The only place to receive support for Xbox Live Rewards is
    this forum, as indicated by the error message. The support representative may have confused our program with Microsoft Rewards if you attempted to contact them about our program.
