    Can't redeem Groove music pass voucher


    I was sent an email with a £20 reward for renewing my groove subscription, but when I try to claim it I get the following message code not valid try re-entering it or contact the merchant. the code doesn't work because when I click the link the code carried
    over is all zero's

    when i click redeem now the voucher code that is ported across is all 00000-000000-000000-000000-00000, hence why i'm getting code not valid

    there is no 25digit code within the email, so it will not work.

    I have already contacted Microsoft support they tell me the only way I can get this sorted is to post on a forum....... which is quite frankly the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard, support should a direct interaction between
    company and customer not left to the vagaries of a forum!!!

    Received a 3-Month Free Groove Music Pass that only just expired, can I still get the deal? Can't redeem Groove music pass voucher :)

    Basically I signed up for a 3-Month Free Groove Music Pass Voucher, that I received via email, but I accidentally forgot about it. It only expired just recently, I would love to get this voucher renewed, so I can try out the service Can't redeem Groove music pass voucher :D

    I bought an XBOX/Groove Music Pass and haven’t redeemed it yet. I understand that I need to ask for a credit because it is no longer redeemable online.

    As of October 2, 2017, you can no longer redeem your Groove Music Pass. Microsoft will offer 120% of the value of your unused pre-paid Groove Music Pass as store credit to spend at the Microsoft Store. If you haven’t redeemed your pass yet and want to get
    your credit, contact customer support."

    Since this is technically a Prepaid Groove Music Pass, you won't be able to redeem it and you'll need to contact our chat/phone teams for assistance.

    You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team

    I can't seem to redeem my free 3 months groove music pass. When i try to redeem it, all i get is "Something went wrong" and then an error code. This is the error code-

    On December 31, 2017, the option to stream, purchase, and download music from Groove Music was discontinued. If your purchased music was downloaded, you’ll still be able to listen to it.

    When Microsoft announced the discontinuation of the Groove Music Pass streaming service on October 2, 2017, they notified customers that Groove Music Pass content would be available to move to Spotify until January 31, 2018. Unfortunately, that window has now passed.
