    Received an expired 3 month Groove promo code, need a new one

    I got a 3 month Groove promo code around 9/21 and I can't redeem it. After 2 tries with Xbox support it turns out it expired before it was issued. It was part of the one month get 3 months free promotion. I'd like to get a new code please. Thank you.

    Groove Music 3 month trial expired

    I tried to redeem the groove music pass code for the free trial of 3 extra months and when I went to redeem the code it said the code had been expired and non redeemable.

    Could you post back what the specific issue is? Please include any error codes and error messages you receive when trying to redeem so we can narrow down the issue! Error codes will look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

    Same issue. I've tried to redeem in a couple times in the past month. I think it may be because my 1 month trial expired, but in the email Microsoft says the code can be redeemed by December 15.
