Can't redeem GOF 1 and 3

Hello everyone

I bought GOF 4 and i received 4 codes :

GOF 1 ( Fail ) " we encoutered a problem. wait a bit, it might be help"

GOF 2 ( Work )

GOF 3 ( Fail ) " we encoutered a problem. wait a bit, it might be help"

GOF Judgement ( Work )

After this i contact ambassador on the website and we tried to use the redeem codes on the website. But when i used them, i received a message to change my methods of payment and change the region.

So, i change my methods of payment and my region is in France and i was able to download GOF 2 and Judgement with this.

How can i download the 1 and 3 episodes of GOF ?

Can't redeem fallout 3 for XBOX 1...

 

Does your account region match your physical location? Those games are region locked, so that is usually the issue.

 

On my console, i put all in France with french language, afer i tried all in english ( United Kingdom and USA ) but it' not working too.

In real i'm located in Czech Republic. Have you any solution to allow me to download GOF 1 and 3 because i already download without any issues GOF 2 and Judgement.

Since you're in the Czech Republic, you need to make sure your Xbox account is set up for the Czech Republic. This is not the same as changing the language on your console. If your account is set up for a different region (you can check your region at Sign in to your Microsoft account),
you would need to migrate your account to the correct region. Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

I do but the problem it's if i put Czech republic on region, i can't download GOF

So i put france in region and i was able to dowload 2 of them.

So you mean that there is no solutions to download GOF 1 and 3 on my case ?

 

Gears of War 2 and Judgement are not region locked so they wouldn't have the same issue. Gears 1 and 3 are region locked. In order to download them your account region has to match your physical location. That would be the only way you can download them.
If your account is set for France it won't work because you are in the Czech Republic.

 

I set up my console in czech republic but i still got the same error messge for them : " a error occured, please wait a bit it might be help " this error message appear on my console

On xbox one, i got the error message : " How change pay " and ask me to change the region.

Any idea of what happens ?

On my billing settings, my adress is in Czech Republic.
