Can't redeem gift code, says "code wasn't found"

If you're getting a “code not found” message, make sure that you're entering all 25 characters of the code correctly.
Note The following letters and numbers never appear in Xbox digital codes: A, E, I, L, O, S, U, 0, 1, and 5.
If you still get the same message, you'll need to request a replacement code by contacting the retailer that you purchased the code from or contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport.
When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and the code that you're trying to redeem.

When my friend tries to activate the gift code, it says "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account."

I have a problem like this my friend gifted me ark but it says the code wasn't found what do I do

Well no gift codes can't be unredeemed you can only refund gifts thats weren't redeemed or not working

Retail codes that weren't gifted over xbox can't be refunded as ms wasn't the source

Only the base game can.be shared not vault and you can't just buy vault as it only applies to digital game owners and yes this isnt the only company that does this

This applies to.upgraded from.square etc

I sent a game as a gift via the xbox store. It says that the code has already been redeemed on 03/2/2021. Today is 03/1/2021. So I would like to know why it can't be redeemed
