    Can't redeem free xbox live promotion


    Paid for the rip off 3 month xbox live subscription due to the promotion that made it the same price equivalent to buying a year. The email was sent to my spam folder so I didn't receive it until after the code was expired so now Microsoft won't honor it.
    Been talking to support all day to no avail. Playstation has gained a new loyal customer today since apparently 10 years of being a loyal customer means absolutely nothing to Microsoft.

    Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

    Date of purchase: “15/11/15”

    Issue:

    I received my code through Xbox Live message box but never got round to redeeming it on the Xbox 360. When I tried tonight I realised the message had expired from the inbox so I can't redeem my code.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately the promotion is over so you wouldn't be able to get the game for free now. In the future, if you're having an issue getting on Xbox LIVE on your console to redeem a promotion like this for a free game you can always go to Xbox.com and take advantage
    of the promotion.

    I was having the same issue that you were, but I just went to the Wreckateer page on Xbox.com and clicked the download button. It purchased the item for free, and queued it up to download on the console when I turn it on the next time.

    That's just for future promotions, sorry you couldn't get in on this one.

    Is it possible that your son redeemed the code successfully and tried to redeem it again? If that's not the case, you'll want to reach out to Walmart for further assistance. We are unable to assist with purchases made through other retailers, we mostly only
    assist with promotions offered through Xbox Live.

    Did you buy it used with a console that would be why

    Codes are only one time use

    And no xbox can't see who redeemed it

    And unless it was an xbox promotion like the us promotion they won't replace it
