Can't redeem EA Access code

    Can't redeem EA Access code


    I have received 1 month EA Access code when I bought FIFA 17 Ultimate edition last month, however I have been unable to redeem it during the last week.

    The latest error code I have been getting is 0x801613F1, although I am not sure whether it was the same one all the time.

    Any help appreciated.

    That error may be popping up because your Xbox Live account region may not match the region you're physically located in. Which region are you located in? Be sure to give our
    Xbox Live Region Migration a shot and match your account region to where you're located.

    I live in Slovenia, a small country, not officially supported by Xbox, therefore I have set both my account and console to United States.

    The EA Access code is now expired, so unless you can provide me a replacement one, there is not much else to do.

    Thanks for the heads up, SaddFox. Unfortunately due to being located in a region that's not Xbox Live supported, that is why the code was not able to be redeemed on your account. In addition to having your account region reflect accurately, you must also be
    physically located in a region that supports Xbox Live and EA Access in order for those codes to work. Unfortunately we are unable to assist further in this scenario due to this.

    Apologies for any frustrations this may have caused!
