Can't Redeem Credits

Discus and support Can't Redeem Credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Everytime I go and check to see if I can redeem my Xbox credits, it tells me to update my account, even though everything is fine in my account...     Can't Redeem Credits


    Everytime I go and check to see if I can redeem my Xbox credits, it tells me to update my account, even though everything is fine in my account

    Same problem here. Trying to set up my sons account, I can't redeem the 12 months gold or the £5 credit.

    Switch Gold Live to another profile

    P.S The 25 digit number serves to redeem a code (like prepaid credit or gold membership) to the account. Once that process is complete you can't pass the credit nor the membership to another account.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    You can't. Per the terms of the offer, once you redeem points for credits, they're only good for 90 days.

    I redeemed a xbox code on microsoft.com/redeem but I don't know how to buy games after that and when I go to xbox and press buy it says the code has been redeemed
