Can't redeem any of the codes

Hello, I bought Gears of War 4 CD for Xbox One and it came with all 4 Gears of Wars games included with the codes inside, but none of them seem to work. I tried everything, even switching regions to US, but nothing worked.

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

I see that you tried switching your region to the US, what region are you physically located in? Did you purchase the game new or pre-owned? And when you try to redeem the codes, what error message and/or code do you get? An error code looks like either
XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000. Having extra information will help us out a bunch.

Purchase history doesn't get deleted, if you can't see that code redeemed that's not the correct account

Once the code it's used in one account that code won't on any other account, only the account that redeemed the code will be able to access that content

Anybody receive assistance with this? Backed out of the store and now can't redeem any of the codes.

I have entered a prepaid code I purchased a 12 month. I have tried to redeem the code says my billing account is locked and gave me an error called microsoft I have no violations against my acount they have no idea what's wrong with my account. Can't redeem
any code can't make any purchase. Using prepaid. And can't update provacy settings either

Because first and foremost it was only for collectors edition where they didn't get a bluray disc copy

Since you had already redeems the codes you can't claim the disc as it is the terms of the promo

Promos have certain conditions you have to meet

Redeemed codes can't be returned ask gamestop or any store for that matter codes cannot be returned

You need to have not redeemed code and no no console can delete purchased games
