    Can't redeem all my GOW tokens


    Hi, I bought the xbox one S with gow 4 ultimate, I received yesterday the tokens for the GOW series, and I could download and install successfully GOW 2 and Judgment. The problem is with GOW 1 and 3 , I try to reddeem the codes and I receive the message
    "An unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and Microsoft will work on fixing the issue. Please try again later." As I searched through the net I found that there are a lot of people with this problem, can someone help us? Someone from Microsoft

    Gears of War tokens deleted.

    I did not redeem my GoW token for purchasing GoW on the Xbox one. checked my messages and they are not there anymore. Anyway to get these back?

    GOW codes are broken

    ive received gears of war tokens for playing gears of war ultimate edition. The problem is that I can't reedem GOW 1 and GOW 3 codes. When I am trying to redeem them it shows me unknown mistake. GOW 2 und judgment codes are ok.
