Jordan is not a supported Xbox territory, so you cannot access services or the store regardless of which Xbox you have.

Using VPN, and using billing instruments not tied to your country are grounds for account and hardware bans.

hi me and my friends are livin in the usa. im in california and he's on florida. im changed my xbox country on xbox.com and change my country on account microsoft.com. And i cant use my code error is "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account"

Hello Francia, your reply was really disappointing, because the issue the person states is that they received a gift from Discord and that they want to redeem it, the gift must be useless if you can't redeem it due to region problems, telling someone to move to a different country just to redeem a gift is absolutely ridiculous of you, not gonna lie, this reply from an independent advisor? Disappointing.

Due to licensing in different countries, XBox LIVE accounts cannot be migrated to a different region, and unfortunately, is due to the account being in the U.S. and you now reside in a different region. Those two cannot be intertwined.
