Jordan is not a supported Xbox territory, so you cannot access services or the store regardless of which Xbox you have.

Using VPN, and using billing instruments not tied to your country are grounds for account and hardware bans.

Hello Francia, your reply was really disappointing, because the issue the person states is that they received a gift from Discord and that they want to redeem it, the gift must be useless if you can't redeem it due to region problems, telling someone to move to a different country just to redeem a gift is absolutely ridiculous of you, not gonna lie, this reply from an independent advisor? The issue you're describing may be because your Microsoft account is set to Saudi Arabia, even if you're in Jordan. This can happen if you created your Microsoft account in Saudi Arabia or if you changed your location to Saudi Arabia in the past.

To fix this issue, you can try the following:

Change the region of your Microsoft account to Jordan.

Create a new Microsoft account for Jordan.

Once you've changed the region of your Microsoft account or created a new Microsoft account for Jordan, you should be able to redeem the Game Pass code without any issues.
