Can't redeem $20 code

    Can't redeem $20 code


    I posted this on Xbox One but haven't got a response, but it's the same issue regardless of trying to redeem it on 360, One or Xbox.com.

    The error message is Xbos-0x80122727. It goes to a screen saying adding $20 to account, click confirm, but when I do it comes up with the error message.

    Other forum posts say apparently it means its an expired promotional code, but as I didn't just get the code for free and no expiry was mentioned, and some people were able to get a new code issued, it would be handy if I could also get this resolved.

    I can't redeem a credit code.

    I can't redeem a credit code for $20. I type in the code (on both Xbox One and on the website on PC) and each time it says will add $20, click to confirm, then instead it delivers an error message.

    I can't find anything other than comments that the card is expired.

    Where did you purchase it from?

    Which region (country) is your gamertag set to?

    Which region (country) do you physically live in?

    You may need to contact phone support for more assistance.

    my one was SUPPOSED to come with the xbox 1 but it didnt

    when i told ebgames they emailed me the code and it also doesn't work

    I have a free code for Halo Infinite for Xbox, can I exchange it to a PC one?

    That is not correct. The code is 20 digits, while the PC redeem codes are 25 digits.
