Can't recover payment on Minecraft

Now it is several weeks since I asked this question.

Since then I tried many times to add my phone number but I only get wrong every time with this message. "Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question." Any other way to get help?

Thanks for the reply! Sorry to hear that you're having some issues requesting a call back from Xbox Support. Since you're getting an error message, you may wish to try clearing the cache/cookies in your web browser, or try a different web browser to request
that call back. Alternatively, I recommend trying from a different device as well, like a smartphone or tablet if available.

The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

1. Sign in at xbox.com.
   
2. Select Contact Us.
   
3. Choose your category. (In this case, Billing & Accounts.)
   
4. Select "See Other Options" when presented the virtual agent.
   
5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Payment & Billing), then select "Show Contact Options".
   
6. Select to Request a call from Support.
   

Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further.
