Can't recover Password

I got a new Xbox S and I've been trying to recover my password for the e mail I used to set up my xbox account. I've provided the 2 debit card #'s that I used for purchases along with CVC codes and expiration dates. Microsoft is completely useless helping me resolve this. If I can't recover the password I'm out thousands of dollars on games. One of the "help" options I read said I could reset it through the old xbox and instructed me to click the 'lockdown' option. Unfortunately I did this and am now locked out of my old xbox as well. I've tried for hours to speak to a live microsoft rep with absolutely no luck. Any other options?

Edit: I also have provided the xbox console ID on the old xbox

According to this article you have these options if your recovery form is rejected:

"This means our support agents and advocates can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. They don't have the ability to send you password reset links or provide you other ways to access or change account details.

What you can do...

Fill out the account recovery form again We recommend that you try filling out the account recovery form again. You can do this up to two times per day. Do this if you find more information or remember something else about your account that will help.

Create a new Microsoft account You can always create a new Microsoft account in the interim if you’re having trouble with the recovery request and try again later when you remember something new that might help."

If you’re not able to reset your password using the password reset link:
https://account.live.com/password/reset

You may need to proceed with the account recovery form: (in that way you're going to submit a ticket with the account recovery team)

Also you could try alternative methods to recover your account here:

Just as a reminder, please note that regular Microsoft support is not capable to send password reset links. This is for security reasons.
Only the account recovery team is capable to do that

I can't log on to my game console after recovering my password im online with the new password and can't get online to live wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!

you can also change the passwords to it so that they can't access it. and then recover it to a (new!) console...until the police recover your old one

You need to remember your password. You can't recover the account without it.
