Can't recover my Microsoft Account because my email account was deleted.

Microsoft/Windows keeps popping up on my computer telling me it can't log in to my account. When I try to sign in, I get a thing telling me there's been suspicious activity or such and I need to verify it's me.

When it offers to send a password to the email address the Microsoft account is registered with, I have to select "I have none of these" because my email address has been deleted. I de-activated it awhile ago because I switched sites or whatever you call them. Now when I go ask for help, that email company tells me the account was deleted because there had been no activity in two years (which is true).

I keep filling out the recovery form, but I'm always told in the follow-up email that it didn't work. It seems MOST of the information I need to recover my Microsoft account is information I need my other email account for--which I now have no access to whatsoever.

What in the world am I supposed to do now?

I'm sorry to hear you lost access to your Microsoft account.
When that happens, the last resource is submitting the Microsoft account recovery form:

If the recovery form is not accepted, I'm afraid to say that's not possible to recover the account. This because no one at Microsoft can review or change account information.

That's annoying.

But as far as I can tell, the only problem with losing my account is that I'll have to buy Minecraft again.

I'm having a similar problem, my main account has a deleted email on it and I went to go log into xbox.com with my main account and it said that my account has been blocked because they think someone was using it to send spam and that they needed to send
an email to my deleted email adress to verify that it was me and I cant recover my email account back because its been more than 6 months of it being deleted.

I asked my stepson to delete my email from his Xbox as me and his mum are divorcing. But he's done something where I now can't log in, receive or send emails. It says Account doesn't exist. Please help, I need to recover this

It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.
