Can't recover microsoft account password due to 2fa

I have attempted to use the account recovery forum but as I have two factor authentication turned on, the form is automatically denied. I also cannot turn of 2FA because I can't access the account. As far as I am aware, I have run out of options for recovering my account. Even after changing my password multiple times, I still can't verify my account due to the error. I appreciate the attempt, but I can't see a way of recovering this account.

Unfortunately that is the problem with the 2fa.

It is highly impossible for you to recover your account, unless you remember your password or recover back your security proof.

Sorry to hear that the hacker enabled 2FA in your account. You can try to recover it following this article

If the article doesn't work for you, I don't like to give bad news but the account can't be recovered
The most that you can do I ask Microsoft to block the account

PS: Don't share the email address associated with the account, here in the forums no one can access / view / modify account details due to privacy and security reasons

First, I want to say I'm sorry for your loss. I know it's probably important to you to try and get this account back. It seems like you can't access the account due to a forgotten password. Have you tried recovering the account by passing online verification

If you cannot pass account verification using the alternate security contact information, then you will need to complete an

Account Recovery Form.
