    Hello,

    I'm enjoying the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for a month now. Since the start, i cant get any perks while i would enjoy some (back4blood and crunchyroll as example).

    I've been looking for some informations and i saw that i'm not the only one having this issue.

    Do you have any answer for this case ?

    Hello, how are you? My name is Mateus. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

    I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they solve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

    NOTE: Only some perks can be claimed by the Xbox game pass mobile app.

    - At the moment, the only solution is to use a smartphone to redeem the perks.

    When they do it on weapon attachments it means you cant use particular combinations, perhaps this just means that you have used up your 2 perks and cant pick any more.

    I dont know of any perk conmbinations that are not permitted.

    i can claim the game perks but cant claim other perks like disney+ and crunchyroll through my phone.Have you got any idea?
