Can’t receive any notifications

    I can’t receive any notifications or invites recently. I’ve hecked in settings under notifications and made sure everything was turned on, but still can’t receive invites or anything. Any help???

    Social Aspects not working

    I’m connected to the internet, I can use all apps, however the home screen doesn’t recognize me connected to Xbox Live. I can’t receive notifications, my friends list hasn’t updated in a few hours, and I can’t join anyone. I was told to put this support

    Why do I never receive new follower notifications?

    I never receive the notification when i get a new follower on my xbox. I have every notification setting turned on. I receive all other notifications except the new followers. Any answer as to how to fix it?

    Please try a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and apps to avoid having to download them again.

    Any changes with this experience after that?

    I think my profile got infected. My deleted messages keeps returning.

    So I can’t see any messages I received at at on Xbox or the app, I get notifications but messages not there

    You don't get notifications for log ons anymore.

    As for the the others, have you tried power cycling the machine?

    No pop-up notifications at all, and I haven't tried power cycling yet
