Can't re-download MCC

I bought the Xbox One/MCC bundle a few months ago, put in the code and it ran the game fine. I recently had to send my Xbox in for repairs (Wifi hardware malfunction) and now MCC doesn't show on my games. Can you help?

Game Freezes when clicking menu button

I download Halo MCC but I can't play. The game starts up and will freeze when I click the menu button, making a irritating buzzing noise at the same time. I've tried re-installing it multiple times, and cold restarting my Xbox one, but nothing seems to work.
Any advice?

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you able to see Halo: The Master Chief Collection in the Ready to Install section? You can verify this by trying the following steps:

• From the Home screen, navigate to My Games & Apps.
• Under the Games tab, scroll to the right.
• Check under the Ready To Install section for Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
  

Go ahead and give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know if you see Halo under the Ready To Install section. Thanks in advance!

 

There is no ready to install section. It only has the games I installed and the Xbox store

Just to clarify, did you originally redeem the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection while signed in with your Rekrap555 account? It may be possible that a different profile was signed in when you redeemed your code.

No worries! If you sign in with the account that originally redeemed the code, you should be able to download Halo again.
