    Can't Purchase XBOX Live 12 Month Subscription for XBOX Live Store on XBOX One


    I just got off of a call with customer support and they said that I should post on here. When going to purchase XBOX Live from the in-console store it says that the price is $47.99 for a 12 month subscription, however when I go to purchase it, it says that
    there was a problem on your end and that I should try again later. I have been trying this for over a day now and it still hasn't worked. Hopefully you are able to help soon! Thanks so much.

    Hi mxwarren1

    This issue can be cause by an account needs to be refreshed or there is still a subscription running on your account. But if still wont' work through the steps below, Please contact the Xbox Support again and ask to turn on the Auto Renewal of your subscription
    and try to get the discounted 1 year again.

    You may try to do these steps:

    REMOVE ACCOUNTS

    Settings > All Settings > Account > Remove Accounts > Remove

    CLEAR CONSOLE MAC ADDRESS

    Home > settings > network > advance settings > alternate MAC address > clear > restart

    Once up, Download back your account

    If you purchase a csv (currency stored value) ppc, which is added to your Microsoft account, you can then purchase games, add-ons, etc. without adding a credit card to your account. However, you CAN NOT purchase an xbox live subscription with a csv ppc.
    You MUST purchase an Xbox live ppc to add a 1-month, 3-month, or 12-month subscription.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    You would need a xbox live subscription card for 1,3 or 12 months or you can pay by credit/debit card or paypal.

    Currency cards can't be used to pay for a xbox live gold subscription.
