    Can't purchase xbox game pass


    Hi,

    i am trying to buy 1 month on Xbox Game Pass, but microsoft store responds with an error:

    I tried it twice, and it took money from my bank account twice (without return).

    Now i don't trust microsoft store any more. In the same time no problems with other services ( like Steam or Origin).

    Please fix that problem, or help me to find a way to contact microsoft support (didn't find it on the main website).

    Can’t buy Xbox game pass

    Hello DPS4,

    The issue isn't on your end. The Xbox game pass can't be purchased with currency. It will need either a debit/credit card or paypal. Just recently Xbox live subscriptions were made available to purchase with currency just not the game pass.

    You can request a free call-back by signing on at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When
    prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

    That may be the best thing to do in this case

    The €1 promotion for Xbox Game Pass requires a credit/debit/paypal account to purchase - you can't purchase it with money stored in your account (Microsoft Balance).
